Terms of Service

Plug Your Build is a paid directory for indie makers. You can browse listings for free. Submitting and maintaining a listing requires a paid subscription ($3.99/mo Standard or $14.99/mo Featured). Every listing is reviewed by a human moderator before going live.

• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and submit listings.
• Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, including your billing email.
• Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@ninseilabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent moderation decisions is grounds for permanent ban.

What you're buying. A listing subscription gives you one permanent, browseable entry in the directory for as long as your subscription remains active. The listing is associated with your organization and can be edited from your dashboard at any time.

Approval. Submitted listings are reviewed against our SFW guidelines. We reserve the right to reject any listing that violates those guidelines. Rejected submissions are refunded in full if payment was collected before review.

Your content. You retain ownership of all content you submit (title, description, images, destination URL). By submitting, you grant Ninsei Labs a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, index, and promote your listing content on Plug Your Build and in the Sunday digest.

Accuracy. Your listing must accurately describe the product or project at your destination URL. Misleading listings will be removed without refund.

Prohibited content. See our SFW guidelines for the full list. The short version: no adult content, no spam, no illegal products, no broken links.

• Recurring billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your card is charged on the same day each month until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your listing remains live until the end of the current billing period, then is automatically unpublished. We do not prorate partial months.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, your listing remains approved but enters a grace period. We will email you with payment instructions. After 14 days without a successful payment, your subscription is canceled and your listing is unpublished.
• Refunds. We offer a 7-day refund on new subscriptions if your listing has not yet been approved. Approved listings are non-refundable for the current billing period. Contact support@ninseilabs.com to request a refund.
• Price changes. We will give at least 30 days notice before raising subscription prices. The new price applies at your next renewal after the notice period.

You may not use Plug Your Build to:

• Submit listings for products you do not own or have authorization to promote.
• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the directory at scale without prior written permission.
• Interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
• Circumvent any moderation or subscription enforcement mechanisms.
• Use the platform to promote illegal goods or services.

The Plug Your Build name, logo, and original site content are owned by Ninsei Labs. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and logos mentioned in listings belong to their respective owners. Ninsei Labs makes no claim to them.

Plug Your Build is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of listing content submitted by third parties. We are a directory — we are not responsible for the products or services listed, and we do not endorse any listing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninsei Labs's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for a material breach of these terms, including submission of prohibited content or non-payment. We will give you notice where practical. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing us to request account deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Ninsei Labs is registered. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated terms at this URL and notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
